Description

Irixi's 200G QSFP56 PAM4 SR4 optical Transceiver is intended for 200GBASE-SR4 Ethernet optical interconnection, and links up to 100m transmission distance over multi-mode fiber (MMF). The transceiver operates with four parallel data streams of 53.125Gbps PAM4 signal in order to provide an aggregated signaling rate of 212.5Gbps. The module is backwards compatible with the IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4 which operates at 25.78125Gbps NRZ signal to provide an aggregated signaling rate of 103.125Gbps. The module features a hot-pluggable electrical interface, a MTP/MPO connector, and is designed to meet the QSFP56 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) form factor, IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4, 200GAUI-4 as well as the RoHS-6 Directive 2011/65/EU6.
